My Story

Hi there, my name is Daryl Eshun, and I am the writer and producer of Eggs & Apple.

I am a tech enthusiast and a bit of an early adopter. I also have a thing for photography, though I’m not very good. I have been following the consumer electronics and personal technology space for over 10 years, and I am always amazed at some of the cool new products and how they have the potential to change our lives for the better.

I have spent a small fortune on electronic devices over the past few years. My latest addiction is the Apple Watch. My blogging tools are: a 2015 15′ MacBook Pro Retina, a 128GB Cellular iPad Air 2 (GSM), and a Sony A7.

I’d love to hear from you, but as this is not my full-time employment, I may not respond quickly to emails. I will do my best to get back to you and at the very least to read what you write.
